Your order will be processed and dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding public holidays) following the conclusion of the sales contract, subject to verification of availability and payment.

In the event that the products ordered are not available or for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested, our Customer Service will promptly notify you. Store Vanzulli reserves the right to cancel orders placed on the site at its sole discretion.

Our Customer Service is at the complete disposal of Users for any doubt and / or need, as well as to solve any problems related to the shipment of products.

The Store cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by customs issues, weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond its control.

A "tracking" number will be sent to you for each shipment so that you can monitor the status of the shipment.

Shipping costs and timing depend on the country of destination. In the case of exports and customs, the timeframe may be longer. See our table for approximate delivery times.

For shipments in Italy and within the European Union, taxes are included in the prices displayed on the site; for shipments outside the European Union, costs related to customs duties and local taxes may be added. Any additional costs may be requested from the final consumer upon delivery of the goods directly by the courier.



Products purchased on can be returned only after approval by Vanzulli Store.

The return of purchased products must be made within 14 calendar days from the day the goods are received. Only returns received in our warehouse within the terms indicated above will be accepted.

Only after having made the return request online or by e-mail to the following address: will Customers receive from the Store the authorisation for their return.

In the event that the Vanzulli Store takes care of the shipping, the relevant costs for the return shall be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.


Terms and conditions for returns

All returns must be approved by our Customer Service reserves the right to refuse any returns returned to our facility without authorisation.

Returned products must be returned in their original packaging along with all materials received with the item (protective bags, extra buttons, hangers, security and authenticity labels and tags).

Vanzulli Store reserves the right to refuse any returns sent without the materials included at the time of purchase or without the label.

Returned items must not have been worn, used, washed or altered in any way.


In the case of faulty or incorrect products, the Store reserves the right to request photographic support before authorising a return for a full refund.


All returned products are subject to inspection and control by the Store's Customer Service Department.


Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the goods and upon verification of the above requirements.
